V – Camp Prep & Dining

Friday Lunch: Stop at your favorite road trip restaurant along the way!

Friday Dinner: Sausage + pepper foil pack, sweet potatoes

At camp: throw the sweet potatoes in the fire about 20 minutes before throwing the foil packs in the fire.

Saturday Breakfast: Instant Oatmeal

At camp: Boil the water. Empty the packets into each mug, and add desired amount of water. If the packets are made from paper, you can use them as kindling for a future fire.

Saturday Lunch: Instant noodle soup

At camp: Boil the water. While this is going, empty your soup packets into each mug, and add boiled water into mug.

Saturday Dinner: Potatoes and Chili

At camp: Throw foil wrapped potatoes into fire. Empty chili into pot, and boil. Make sure to stir it frequently to prevent it sticking to the pan.

Sunday Breakfast: Instant Oatmeal

Sunday Lunch: Salmon Mac & Cheese

At camp: Empty noodles into pot, and just cover with water. Boil it, stirring it frequently. Less water helps so that no water needs to be poured out. Add the cheese packet once the noodles are at your desired tenderness. Open the salmon pouch and mix it in with the mac and cheese.

Enjoy!
